Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival and transfer to Arusha

Upon you arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport; our safari driver guide will be waiting for you in Airport to transfer you to the hotel in Arusha for your accommodation and overnight. Get time to relax at the lodge or hotel and be prepared for the next day of safari.

Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park – Karatu

After breakfast our tour guide driver will pick you up from the Lodge early morning and start an amazing journey to Tarangire National Park while carrying lunch boxes.

Tarangire National Park is famous for its large herds of elephants and beautiful variety of landscapes, from seasonal swamps to open savanna, with the Tarangire River flowing through the heart of it all. During your visit, you may witness a lion on the hunt or a leopard lounging in the trees above. After an exciting day of game drives, we’ll head back to your lodge for a relaxing evening, delicious dinner, and a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 3: Transfer from Karatu to Central Serengeti national park

After breakfast, our driver guide will pick up you and drive to Central Serengeti Park for wildlife sighting. Enjoy lunch in a suitable picnic site inside the park. In the afternoon we will continue for the game drive activity before reaching the camp. The following day we will spend full day inside this park for game drives.

Serengeti National Park is famous for its great migration of millions of wildebeest, herds of zebra and antelopes which are migrating together depending on the rainy seasons searching for their fresh grasses, pastures and water. Be ready to see many different wild animals here within a minute including resident predators, leopard, cheetah, and lion, fulfilling their role in the circle of life.

Day 4: Transfer from Central Serengeti National Park to North Serengeti Park

Rise early for a hearty breakfast before embarking on an unforgettable journey to the Northern Serengeti. With picnic lunch in hand, we’ll head to the Mara River, where the Great Migration unfolds in all its glory. Our expert guide will lead you to prime viewpoints, where you’ll witness thrilling encounters between crocodiles and wildebeest, and the predators, lions, leopards, and cheetahs stalking their prey. This is nature at its most raw and captivating!

The Great Migration is the largest herd movement of wildebeests, Zebra and other animals crossing Mara River to Masai Mara in Kenya. Migration crosses Mara River that is full of Crocodiles. The best time to visit and explore Great Migration is from July to early October every year.

Day 5: North Serengeti to Central Serengeti.

Wake up early and enjoy breakfast, then continue with game drive with a picnic lunch box in Northern Serengeti with special eye to the Great Migration. Later we drive back to Central Serengeti where we stop for overnight.

Ngorongoro Crater is the largest uninterrupted caldera in the world and one of the natural wonders of Africa and the world UNESCO heritage site, with the presence of about 30,000 large mammals resident all year round such as buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs and rhinos and many varieties of birds such as flamingos, eagles, buzzards. Be ready to see many animals here within few times.

Day 7: Lake Manyara – Arusha/Moshi

Get up early After enjoy breakfast, then depart to Lake Manyara national park for game drive. Once the game drive is done we will transfer you to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport for your Air transfer back home or to another destination.

Lake Manyara National park is famous for its legendary tree-climbing lions, which hide among the branches of the trees, and the numerous colonies of baboons that populate the forest and which will accompany you along the road from the moment you enter the park. Also, it constitutes Soda Lake which flooding during the rain seasons.
